The world has become a playground filled with mental and materialistic superficiality. And, there are many things that we enjoy. This encourages us to continue on and want more. Still, deep within we already know that more will never be enough.

The unconscious mind distracts and deceives. Aware presence reveals and enlightens.

Practice letting each thought flow without attaching anything to it. No labels, no judgement, and no anxiety.

It is best to emphasize again and again that spiritual awakening has nothing to do with reaching a divine state. Rather, it is the acknowledgement that every moment is about accepting life’s divinity.

The simplicity of life is universal. Mother Nature is a wonderful teacher.

A tender tree limb or a cattail reed plant will bend but not easily break. This holds true for us. We are physically and mentally capable of moving with the natural flow of life. This is true regardless of our daily shortcomings. Furthermore, it is our natural state of conscious being. Struggle less, allow, and freely live.

We ask questions and we search for answers. But, it is the mind asking the questions and not you. And the mind answers itself by telling us stories. Most of which, are not true.

Trust is the core of spirituality. Self-certainty reflects the oneness of life and the ability to unconditionally be, live and love. Thus, rely on the essence of being.

Love is the sweetest nectar spread onto life's experiences. It can change everything.

Any destination is only a speculated goal. But, a conscious journey along the way offers life and love.
